Because we work with a variety of trusted global suppliers, most items cannot be physically returned. However, we are happy to resolve issues in the following cases:

- Your item arrives damaged or faulty
- You received the wrong item
- Your item doesnβt arrive within the estimated delivery time
πΈ Proof is required: Please provide clear photos or videos of the item and packaging.
β We do not accept returns or offer refunds if:
- You change your mind after ordering
- The item doesnβt fit your personal preferences (e.g. size, style), unless itβs incorrect based on what you ordered
- The return request is made more than 14 days after delivery

You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. After this window, we canβt guarantee we can help β especially if the supplierβs dispute period has passed.
π Do I Need to Return the Item?
In most cases, no physical return is needed. If the issue is valid, weβll either:
- Send a replacement (free of charge), or
- Issue a refund to your original payment method
For low-cost or perishable items, we may issue a refund without requiring return.

- Description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos of the item/packaging
- Weβll assess your claim within 2 business days
- If approved, weβll process a refund or dispatch a replacement
π Multiple Items in One Order
As our products come from different suppliers, you may receive your order in separate parcels and at different times.
If one item arrives and another doesnβt β donβt worry. Check the tracking numbers provided, and contact us if anything appears significantly delayed.

If a refund is approved:
- Refunds are issued back to your original payment method
- Processing time may take 5β10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider
